The site extends to 1.93 ha (4.77 acres) of generally flat agricultural land, located to the east of Louth. Cleethorpes and Market Rasen train stations are both within 25km of the site offering direct services to Lincoln and Grimsby, as well as Newark for connections to London and beyond.
The land benefits from Outline planning consent for up to 50 units, together with the approved access from Acorn Avenue (TP Ref: N/092/02375/23), granted by East Lindsey District Council on 25th March 2025. Please note Acorn Avenue has been constructed to the boundary of the subject site as part of the intial phase of development at Tennyson Fields.
The Outline Planning Permission secured by the promoter, KCS Development, is an informed planning consent including an approved site layout leaving only the detail of individual plots and house types as Reserved Matters.
